一 |     China's Ministry of Commerce on Wednesday announced a decision to take countermeasures against six U.S. entities.     These countermeasures, which took effect on Wednesday, were adopted in response to the United States' sanctions against Chinese companies under the pretext of so-called "forced labor," according to the ministry.    The U.S. move seriously violates international law and the basic norms of international relations, and gravely undermines China's sovereignty, security and development interests, the ministry said.    The six U.S. entities subject to the countermeasures are Applied DNA Sciences, Inc., Stratum Reservoir, LLC., Altana Technologies, Inc., Responsible Business Alliance, Verite Group, Inc., and Human Rights in China. 二 | 绿色醇油属于清洁低碳液体燃料，项目落地后，洮南将具备船用、航空两大领域绿色燃料规模化供给能力。         　　据介绍，二期项目是在上海电气洮南市风电耦合生物质绿色甲醇一体化示范项目(简称“一期项目”)基础上的升级工程。一期项目于2025年7月投产，今年3月、8月，上海洋山港两次开展大规模船用绿色甲醇加注，原料均产自洮南，两度刷新全球单次绿色甲醇加注纪录。                   20日，上海电气吉林洮南绿氢耦合生物质绿色醇油一体化二期项目正式开工。谭伟旗 　摄          　　二期项目建成后，可年产20万吨绿色甲醇、1万吨可持续航空燃料(SAF)。相较于一期，二期项目在能源转化效率、成本管控、全生命周期减碳维度实现系统性提升。

三 | 上海电气集团党委书记、董事长吴磊表示，将打造更加绿色低碳、更具核心优势的绿色燃料产品，持续推动绿色燃料在航空、航运等重点领域规模化应用。

四 |          　　洮南市地处松辽清洁能源基地。依托上海电气项目集群，当地近年重点布局绿色甲醇、绿氢、可持续航空燃料产业，探索资源、技术、跨区域协同发展路径，为交通领域能源脱碳提供产业实践样板。         　　作为国内“绿色燃料运输走廊”关键产能支点，洮南是上海电气打造“北醇南运”产业链的核心产能底座。依托本地丰富的风电、光伏、秸秆生物质资源，当地构建起“洮南生产、大连港中转仓储、上海港加注”全产业链通道，让东北地区绿色燃料产能直达国际航运市场。
